Research and business strategy for Prewaste, a waste management company that aimed to start a new venture. We defined the context and the market, as well as the company’s positioning and branding. The challenge of the project was to design a strategy with a constantly irregular flow of materials with different typologies and qualities.
Even though the scenario was a very good starting point to address a very complex problem within a city, we simply designed the project in order to minimise the learning curve of the idiosyncrasies of each material. In parallel, we worked with Prewaste’s team to develop the skills needed for the new venture.
