Development of the design guide for the nanimarquina rug company. The aim of the project was to plan a generational shift in order to help the company transit into the future, through understanding their past and present and making it clear and comprehensible to everyone involved. An exploration of all the processes they have carried out intuitively, organised and delivered in a cohesive way, so that the whole company feels engaged to the product design team and the innovation development team.

nanimarquina is a design company with more than 35 years’ experience designing contemporary rugs. Their work is based on material experimentation, engaging with materials with respect, love and accuracy. Their rugs are mainly made with natural wool and other non-toxic materials in India and Pakistan.
